Terms of Service
Last updated September 27, 2026 · Version 2026-09-27
These terms are the agreement between you and Peach Byte Labs, LLC, the company that makes Reeve Money ("Reeve", "we"), for use of the Reeve app and service. You agree to them when you tap Agree and continue in the app. If you don't agree, don't use Reeve. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.
What Reeve is — and isn't
Reeve is a personal financial-management tool. With your permission it reads your connected accounts, explains your own data, applies the rules of the plan you set, reminds and alerts you, and projects where that plan leads. That's it.
Projections are estimates, and Reeve can be wrong. Reeve's chat and judgment are AI-assisted: answers are written by an AI model from your data and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against your bank and your own records before acting on it.
Reeve is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not your advisor or fiduciary. We are not a bank, broker, or registered investment adviser. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to take any specific financial action. Decisions about your money are yours; make them with a qualified professional where appropriate.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Reeve is offered in the United States; account data availability depends on your financial institutions and our data providers.
Connecting your accounts
You authorize Reeve to access read-only data from the financial accounts you connect, through Plaid and Apple's FinanceKit. Your bank credentials are entered only with your institution or Plaid and never reach us. You can disconnect an account or delete your data at any time. Your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid's end-user terms.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device and Apple ID secure — sign-in is through Sign in with Apple.
- Give accurate information when you set up your plan.
- Verify anything important with your bank or statements before acting on it. Reeve is a convenience layer, not the system of record.
- Use Reeve only for your own lawful, personal purposes.
Accuracy and availability
Financial data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; balances and predictions are estimates. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight is accurate for your situation.
Fees
Any paid plans, prices, and billing terms are shown in the app before you subscribe; subscriptions are handled by Apple and subject to the App Store terms. If Reeve is offered free during a beta, we may introduce fees later with notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reeve and Peach Byte Labs, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Reeve and delete your account and data at any time from the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are dated here and announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Privacy
What we collect and how we protect it is covered in our Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy.
